about

Recorded on or around 8/6/10, Dose II was a jam after a house show at the Litterbox with guest musician Gabriel Perry of Hindu Pez and [0pt-0ut]. Nikolai's usual Korg Electribe EMX-1+Kaoss Pad combo was utilized, with heavy emphasis on flangers in this jam. Mike was doing tape manipulation of junk rhythms on a cassette being played at variable speeds, and Gabe started off with the initial feedback/delayed sample (the track's namesake) and also played a Roland SH-2000.
